How long does it take for my order to ship?

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Please contact us about an item that is sold out and we will keep you updated.

UAE Shipping

  • Free shipping for orders above AED 500. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-2 days across UAE.
  • Dubai: AED 35 for orders below AED 500. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-2 days.
  • Other Emirates: AED 39 for orders below AED 500. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-2 days.
  • Selecting future dates from the drop down calendar for shipping options are available for prepaid orders all over UAE. If selected, we will do our best to make sure that your order is shipped and delivered as quickly as possible.

In case I cancel the order or request a return, who take care of shipping costs?

Sorry! Shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

Are there any Hidden Costs or Charges?

We do not have any Hidden Charges to our customer orders. You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all-inclusive, and you need not pay anything extra.

How do I track my order or package?

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on the way - that means it’s already with our courier partner.

  • For Dubai, delivery usually arrives the same day.

  • For Abu Dhabi, it’s usually delivered the next day.
